Services not included in the above plans may be provided as one-off projects at additional cost. Our On Demand booking options are available for end user and onsite support where not otherwise included in Customer’s plan.
*Customer is responsible for all hardware or vendor subscription costs, and the above services are dependent on active subscriptions. TerminalSolutions reserves the right to require migration to alternate vendors for these services to ensure effective support for the Customer.
