What Are Your Contract Terms?

Unlike our competitors, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. We believe that the best relationships happen when both parties are motivated to keep them healthy. Our standard IT Services Agreement doesn’t come with a minimum term.

Do You Offer MSP Packages?

We customize our solutions for our customers’ needs. We offer everything from break/fix solutions to fixed-price projects to proactive monitoring services. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Do You Do Remote Support?

Yes! Usually the quickest and cheapest solution is an immediate remote session. Our markets boast a fully staffed HelpDesk during normal business hours.

Where Do You Provide Onsite Support?

With offices distributed across the states, we offer onsite services in Texas, Arizona and Arkansas. If you’re outside of our core support areas, we offer reasonable travel packages.

Do You Support PCs?

As passionate advocates that life in the Apple ecosystem is superior, we recognize that some customers must use Windows devices in their businesses. We offer a range of services for our PC customers and we are happy to discuss support for their users.
