How do referrals work?

We keep it pretty simple. Whether your referee tells us that you referred them, or you connect us via email to start a conversation, you’ll earn a reward for each successful referral. 

Once we receive the payment for your referee’s first full monthly recurring fee for their TerminalCare services, we will send you a digital gift card through the Tremendous platform.

There’s no limit on how many referral rewards you can earn.

How will I get paid?

Once we receive the payment for your referee’s first full monthly recurring fee for their TerminalCare services, we will send you a digital gift card through the Tremendous platform.

When do I get paid?

You’ll receive your gift card by email 30-60 days after TerminalSolutions has received the payment for your referee’s first full monthly recurring fee for their TerminalCare services.

Please note, if your referee receives a promotional discount, credit, or proration of their initial bill(s), we will not pay the referral reward until we have received payment for the first full monthly recurring fee.

Are there eligibility requirements?

To be eligible to earn a referral reward, the referrer must

  • be identified as the referrer BEFORE the referee signs a TerminalCare plan.
  • be validated in our systems as a current Customer of TerminalSolutions, which is defined as an employee or owner of a current TerminalCare Customer or Customer who has paid for On Demand services in the past. 
  • be able to receive the referral reward via an email address present and validated in TerminalSolutions’ systems.

Please note, if multiple referrals are made for a single referee, only the first referrer identified may earn the reward.

I received more than $600 in referral rewards. What tax documents will I get?

At the end of each year, we send emails to applicable customers, letting them know they’ll be getting a 1099-NEC from us. Per IRS guidelines, anyone who has received more than $600 in revenue sharing or referral rewards is required to receive a 1099-NEC form for the year.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions: A “Successful Referral” means a referee who (1) signs up for a TerminalCare plan with a 12-month minimum initial term, (2) was referred by an identified and validated current TerminalSolutions Customer, and (3) maintains their TerminalCare plan in good standing at the time that the referral reward is due to be paid out to the referrer. Within thirty (30) to sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of the referee’s payment of their first full monthly recurring fees, the referrer will receive a digital gift card in the amount of $500.

If TerminalSolutions cannot validate the referrer’s identity and Customer Status against records, no referral reward will be issued. If for whatever reason the referee terminates their TerminalCare services prior to the payout or redemption of the reward, the referral reward will be voided.

The referral program does not have an expiration date. However, TerminalSolutions may amend the referral amounts, terms of the program, and/or expiration date at any time by updating this website. The terms in place at the time that a referee signs a TerminalCare agreement are the terms that will determine the reward amount.

TerminalSolutions has the right to declare a referral ineligible for the promotions if we believe the referrer or referee are abusing the referral program.
